CANCELLATIONS
NO REFUNDS will be issued unless Heart Space Dundee must cancel a class or workshop at the last minute. If you have booked a class and do not show up, this payment will still be processed. We offer a 12 hour window for class cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancelled workshop places. Credit will still be taken if it is within that period.
Members are still subject to our £6 cancellation charge for late cancellations.
Therapy sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of when you arrive. This to keep our other appointments in order. Failure to attend a prepaid appointment will not be refunded.
PURCHASE POLICY
1. Heart Space Dundee reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio. 2. Bookings are made subject to the School's right to alter the programme or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control. 3. If the class, workshop, course or event has to be interrupted or abandoned, no money will be refunded if more than half of it has taken place. 4. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of management and teacher/workshop leader but note that the door shall be locked after a certain time. 5. The use of cameras and recording equipment and mobile phones is strictly forbidden. Out of respect, please turn off all mobile phones inside the building. 6. We must have the full name of participants and if making a pre-payment, one telephone number or email address is required. 7. Pre-payments on workshops, courses and events must be made before 20:00 the night before they are due to take place unless otherwise specified. 8. Block Classes (10,20) may be used for regular classes, donation classes and community classes. They may not be used on workshops, events, teacher trainings or courses. 10 and 20 class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for 10 or 20 weeks respectively. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions") carefully. These Terms and Conditions, including all documents referenced herein, represent the entire understanding between Heart Space Dundee and you regarding your use of this Site and supersede any prior statements or representations. The Site's Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is made a part hereof. Access to and use of this Site is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. To the extent that access, or use of this Site would be deemed illegal by governing law, such access or use is prohibited. Gift vouchers expire after 6 months of purchase date, no exceptions will be made to accept after this time. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 12. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class starting will lose the associated class credit. Heart Space Dundee Cancellations Should Heart Space Dundee have to cancel classes, courses, workshops or events for any reason a full refund will be offered. If a refund is required Heart Space Dundee will issue the refund between 7 – 14 days of the request. Block Classes Block Classes (10,20) may be used for regular (stated) classes only. They may not be used on workshops, events, teacher trainings or courses. 10 and 20 class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for 10 / 20 weeks and will not be extended so please not expiry. Membership Unlimited members must sign up to a 6 month contract and this will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis thereafter. After 6 months contracts will continue adopting new pricing structures that can change at any time at the discretion of the school. Unlimited members are still subject to our cancelation policy. Cancellations not made within the 12 hour time frame will face a £6 charge regardless of any discounts that may be applied. This is stated in your contract text.
CONCESSION TERMS:
Concession Prices, shown in brackets, for Students, Seniors, Unemployed, Disability, NHS, Police, Military, Rescue Services. To receive concession discount use codes: CONC Valid on all class sales with the exception of Off-Peak Membership. It is essential that you book a space online to reserve your space and we can expect you. Valid ID must be shown at the study or the concession discount will have to be paid. No discount is available on Off- Peak memberships. There is also a registration form for first time visitors, so arrive 15 minutes early to complete the process. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to a class without this.
MEMBERSHIP
*AFTER 6 MONTHS THE CONTRACT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS, IF YOU SEE THIS MESSAGE YOU CAN CANCEL ANYTIME AFTER YOUR 6 MONTHS WITH 1 MONTHS NOTICE*
This contract is for a minimum of 6 months and renews on a monthly basis afterwards until the contract is terminated. Contracts cancelled will have to run their course to the end of the month, cancellations within the 6 months will still be charged. Contracts that roll over into a new term reflecting any price changes that have occurred in the time since the contract began.
Failure to fulfill the contract obligations will result in a termination of membership until the debt is cleared. Heart Space Dundee will take measures to obtain the amount agreed to in this contract. Unlimited membership grants access to all classes. Special classes, events and workshops are not included in the unlimited membership. Students must still book their place for classes as unlimited passes do not guarantee a space and should not be treated as an entitlement. Cancelations that do not occur within our previously agreed terms and conditions will still warrant the charge for the class. Cancellations not made within the 12 hour time frame will face a £6 charge.
This CANNOT be shared with other members or used to book for others. By purchasing this contract you agree to the terms and conditions and accept the above.

Privacy Policy SECURITY OF INFORMATION Personal information collected by Heart Space Dundee and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Heart Space Dundee will secure your personal information no matter where we process or store your data. Privacy Policy This is to confirm that Heart Space Dundee takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We endeavour to conform with the UK and European Data Protection laws. We do not share any information with third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. We give the highest possible priority to the safety and welfare of children and will in all circumstances cooperate with police and government authorities in combating any and every attempt to harm or pursue sexual relations with children and young people. How do we use personal information? We will use your personal information necessary for us to provide our services to you. We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than is required for the provision of our products or services. Information collected during the application process, will be stored securely. Information collected will be securely destroyed if it is no longer required by Heart Space Dundee. Third Parties Where we engage third party contractors (e.g. teachers, therapists etc) to perform services for us, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information. Under these circumstances those third party contractors must safeguard this information and must only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied although we are not responsible for ensuring this. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity. Heart Space Dundee makes use of third party software, such as Mindbody Online & Mailchimp, to manage client bookings, purchases, and e-newsletter contact. Changes to our Policy From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise this policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and should this occur the amendment would be posted on our website.
